OKTA is born in Normandy, to be precise Cherbourg. You can taste the sea through the wind hiting litoral cliff. The weather may be strong, rainy, stormy, creating a dramatic atmosphere all around the city, espacially in winter time.
Even if the temperature is not getting very high during the summer, the sky generally cloudy become cristal blue, giving to the landscape an aspect of heavenly cliché.
