Terms of sale
This page sets out the general framework applicable to prints and photographic services presented by OKTA. Sales made on a third-party platform remain subject to that platform's conditions.
Orders and prices
Photographic services are based on a quote or written agreement specifying the scope, uses, deadlines, price and delivery terms.
When prints are offered for sale through eBay or another third-party platform, the price, payment, delivery and order tracking are handled according to the information displayed on that platform at the time of purchase.
Payment and delivery
For direct services, payment terms are specified in the quote. For sales made through a third-party platform, payments and deliveries follow the procedures indicated by that platform.
Right of withdrawal
The applicable right of withdrawal depends on the nature of the order and the sales channel. For goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal may not apply, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
For sales made through eBay or another platform, return and complaint terms are available in the listing and in the platform rules, without prejudice to mandatory legal warranties where applicable.
Warranties
Applicable legal warranties remain due when the conditions provided by law are met. In the event of a defective, non-conforming product or delivery issue, the client is invited to contact OKTA or follow the procedure provided by the sales platform used.
Intellectual property
Buying a print or commissioning a service does not transfer any intellectual property rights over the photographs, unless a specific written agreement says otherwise. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is prohibited.
Personal data and disputes
Personal data processed directly by OKTA is handled according to the website's privacy policy. Data processed by eBay or any other third-party platform is subject to their own policies.
These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply to consumers.
