Data processed

OKTA does not create user accounts on this website. The data processed is mainly the data you choose to send by email or through contact links: name, email, phone number, message, project information and later exchanges.

The photo library page includes a form that opens your email client with a pre-filled message. This form does not store the data in a website database.

Limited technical data may be recorded by the hosting provider in security and operation logs: IP address, date, time, requested page and technical browser information.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to contact requests and preparing quotes: legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps.
  • Delivering an accepted service: performance of a contract.
  • Complying with accounting and administrative obligations: legal obligation.
  • Ensuring website security and proper operation: legitimate interest.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for the time required to process the request and follow the commercial relationship. Accounting documents, quotes, invoices and supporting documents may be kept for the periods required by applicable legal obligations.

Recipients

Data is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers required for the operation of the service: hosting, email, accounting, payment or delivery where applicable. Sales made via eBay are processed according to that platform's own rules.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data when these rights apply. To exercise your rights, write to contact@okta.paris.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you believe your rights are not being respected.
